ABOUT BAHUBALI THE BEGINNING
Baahubali: The Beginning (stylized as bãhubali; English:
The One with Strong Arms) is a 2015 Indian epic historical fiction
film directed by S. S. Rajamouli. The film was produced by Shobu
Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni and was simultaneously shot in Telugu
and Tamil. The film stars Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty and
Tamannaah in the lead roles, with Ramya Krishnan, Sathyaraj, and
Nassar in supporting es. The first of two cinematic parts, The
Beginning is a tale of the lost rightful heir of the fictional
kingdom of Mahishmati, who learns about his true identity while
falling in love with a rebellious warrior, who (among with her group)
intends to rescue the former queen of Mahismati.The film was
conceived by Rajamouli's father K. V. Vijayendra Prasad, who randomly
told him a story about Sivagami, a woman who carries a baby in her
hand while crossing a river, and a few years later about Kattapa,
which intrigued Rajamouli. His fascination with mythology and the
tales of Amar Chitra Katha comics further fueled his interest in the
story. However, it took the writers three months to finalise the
final draft. The soundtrack and background score were composed by M.
M. Keeravani while the cinematography, production design, and VFX
were handled by K. K. Senthil Kumar, Sabu Cyril and V. Srinivas Mohan
respectively.The film was made on a budget of ₹1.8 billion, making it
the most expensive Indian film at its time of release. The film
opened worldwide on 10 July 2015, garnering critical acclaim and
record breaking box office success. With the worldwide box office
gross of ₹6.5 billion, it became the highest grossing film in India
and the third-highest grossing Indian film worldwide, and the
highest-grossing South Indian film at the time of its release. Its
Hindi dubbed version also broke several records by becoming the
highest grossing dubbed film in India. Both budget and box office
records since has been surpassed by its sequel, Baahubali 2: The
Conclusion. The Beginning is the highest grossing Indian film of 2015
and the fourth highest grossing Indian film of all time.It received
several accolades. It won the National Film Award for Best Special
Effects and Best Feature Film, becoming the first Telugu film to win
the award. At the 63rd Filmfare Awards South, the Telugu version won
five awards from ten nominations, including Best Film, Best Director
for Rajamouli and Best Supporting Actress for Krishnan. The Beginning
became the first Indian film to be nominated for Saturn Awards,
receiving five nominations at the 42nd ceremony, including Best
Fantasy Film and Best Supporting Actress for Tamannaah. The film's
second and final cinematic part was released on 28 April 2017.
ABOUT BAHUBALI THE CONCLUSION
Baahubali 2: The Conclusion (English: The One with Strong
Arms: The Conclusion) is a 2017 Indian historical fiction film
co-written and directed by S. S. Rajamouli. The film was produced by
Tollywood studio Arka Media Works. It is the continuation of
Baahubali: The Beginning, taking place before and after the events of
that film. It was originally made in both Telugu and Tamil and dubbed
into Hindi, Malayalam, German, French, Japanese and English.The film
stars major actors from Tollywood industry with Prabhas, Anushka
Shetty, Rana Daggubati and Sathyaraj in lead roles. Initially, both
parts were jointly produced on a budget of ₹250 crore (₹2.5 billion)
however, the budget of the second part was increased later. Baahubali
2: The Conclusion has made a record of highest pre-release business
with ₹500 crore (₹5 billion).Baahubali 2: The Conclusion was
premiered at the British Film Institute, and was theatrically
released over 9000 screens worldwide on 28 April 2017. Baahubali 2
was the first Telugu film to be released in 4K High Definition
format. It is estimated that close to 200 screens are being upgraded
to 4K projectors before the release date of the movie.Baahubali 2
released to positive reviews from critics and surpassed the 2014
Hindi film PK, to become the highest grossing Indian film of all
time, collecting approx ₹800 crore (US$120 million) worldwide within

Prabhas Raju Uppalapati on 23 October 1979) is an Indian film actor
best known for his work in Telugu cinema. Prabhas made his film debut
with the 2002 drama film Eshwar. His works include Varsham (2004),
Chatrapathi (2005), Chakram (2005), Billa (2009), Darling (2010), Mr.

Ramanaidu Daggubati (born December 14,
1984), known by his stage name Rana Daggubati , is an Indian actor,
producer, visual effects co-ordinator and photographer. He is known
for his works in Telugu cinema, Tamil cinema and Hindi cinema. As a
Visual Effects producer, Rana won the State Nandi Award for Best
Special Effects in 2006 for the Telugu film Sainikudu starring Mahesh
Babu. In 2006, he received the National Film Award for co-producing
Bommalata – A Bellyful of Dreams.In 2010, he made his acting debut
with the Telugu blockbuster Leader, for which he won the Filmfare
Award for Best Male Debut – South. He made his Hindi film debut
through Dum Maar o Dum alongside Bipasha Basu where he received
positive reviews for his performance. He received critical acclaim
for his performance in the 2012 crime thriller film Krishnam Vande

Rangaraj Subbaiah (born 3 October 1954),
known by his stage name Sathyaraj, is an Indian film actor and media
personality who has predominantly appeared in Tamil films. He started
his career in villainous roles and later played lead roles. He has
acted in over 200 films, including Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi and
Kannada films. He met with success from his lead performances Vedham
Pudhithu (1987), Nadigan (1990), Amaidhi Padai (1994), and the Tamil
Nadu government-sponsored film Periyar (2007). He also received
acclaim for supporting roles in Nanban (2012), Raja Rani (2013), and
his role as Karigalar Kattappa in the two-part epic, Baahubali.[2] He
was also the director of the film Villadhi Villain (1995), starring
himself in three different roles.In 2011, he had a brief career as a
television host for the game show Home Sweet Home on STAR Vijay.[6]

Tamannaah Bhatia (born 21 December 1989)
known as Tamannaah, is an Indian actress who predominantly appears in
Telugu and Tamil films. She has also appeared in Hindi films. In
addition to acting, she also participates in stage shows and is a
prominent celebrity endorser for brands and products.In 2005, she
made her acting debut in the age of 15 in the Bollywood film, Chand
Sa Roshan Chehra and appeared in Abhijeet Sawant album song "Lafzon

three Filmfare Awards from eight nominations.n the 2010s, Shetty also
achieved success in Tamil cinema with starring roles in the action
